Booking Confirmation
This experience is hosted by App Development Geelong Pty Ltd trading as 'SP9 interactive' (ABN 22 625 090 208).
Last minute Bookings
If you are too close to your preferred booking time your preferred time slot may not be available. Bookings must be at least 90 minutes in advance.
Example: If the time is 2.00pm then the 2.30pm timeslot will be unavailable but the 4.00pm time slot will be available.
Experience Information
Your group is divided into pairs and each pair will get their own kit. The course is six minutes walk in length with mild hills.
You have 60 minutes to navigate your way across the course collecting evidence to solve the murder.
Weather Warning
This is an outdoor experience. It is your responsibility to check the weather for the day of your booking.
In the event of bad weather you will be offered to proceed in the bad weather or (entirely at our discretion) we may offer to reschedule your booking within 14 days of your original booking.
Cancellations
No refunds available without at least seven days notice.
Sunglasses
We highly recommend the use of sunglasses - particularly on the foreshore (water reflection).
Sun Smart
This is an outdoor experience. We recommend staying sun smart (SunSmart)
Group Organizers
Where possible we recommend sharing this confirmation email with other group members.

The Carpark Rotunda - 31 Eastern Beach Road Geelong Victoria

Parking & Meeting Point: Once parked you will see our staff waiting in uniform at the Ferris Wheel.
Amenities
Eastern Beach is a public facility and does have public toilets.
SP9 interactive has no control over the upkeep of these facilities.
Arrival Time
Please arrive no earlier than 10-15 minutes prior.
Alcohol
Anyone suspected of being over .00 will be refused entry.
Run Time
The briefing usually takes 5-10 minutes and the whole experience takes approximately 60-75 minutes.
What to wear
Casual clothes are best we will be outdoors so dress acording to weather on the day.
No high heels (stairs), comfortable walking shoes are recomended (you will be doing some walking).
What to bring
Come empty handed. The experience is made worse if you have to carry things.
Reading glasses or contact lens'.
Changes to your booking
You can change persons and/or change team allocations without the need to notify us unless those changes involve removing the person who made the booking.
If you wish to add more people we kindly ask that you notify us in advance so that we can make any necessary arrangements.
Adding extra persons
We do not accept cash and we do not have payment facilities availabe on site, however...
We can add extra persons on the day by invoicing you on site. Please note if there is any difficulty paying the invoice online via your phone we cannot take the extra person (no payment facilities and there must be an agreed online contract).
Refunds for persons who do not attend
We do not offer refunds for persons who cannot make it.
Instead we encourage you to reach out to others to find a replacement.
